Overview

At Majdel, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Health or personal care items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by shipping

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
• Items showing obvious signs of use
• Items returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays can occur)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email support@majdel.com with photos and your order number.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
